How do I join the server?
Launch Minecraft Java Edition (version 1.21.1), go to Multiplayer, click 'Add Server', and enter 'play.eclipsemc.me' as the server address.
What Minecraft version do I need?
We support Minecraft Java Edition version 1.21.1. Some game modes may support older versions, but 1.21.1 is recommended for the best experience.
The server says I'm not whitelisted. What should I do?
Our server is open to everyone! If you're getting a whitelist error, try reconnecting. If the issue persists, contact support on Discord.
How can I report a player?
Take screenshots or video evidence and create a support ticket in our Discord server. Our moderation team will review your report promptly.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?

To report a player for rule violations:
- Select Report Player category
- Provide the player's username
- Include screenshots or video evidence
- Describe what happened in detail
- Include timestamps if possible
To report bugs or technical issues:
- Select Bug Report category
- Describe the bug in detail
- Include steps to reproduce
- Provide screenshots or videos
- Mention your Minecraft version
For general questions and assistance:
