To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players, please read and follow these rules. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse for breaking them.
Important Notice
All rules are enforced at staff discretion. Rules may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued play on Eclipse Network constitutes acceptance of these rules and any future changes.
General Rules
- Be respectful to all players and staff members
- No racism, sexism, homophobia, or hate speech of any kind
- English only in public chats to ensure proper moderation
- No advertising other servers or services
- Do not exploit bugs or glitches - report them to staff
- Impersonating staff members is strictly prohibited
Chat & Behavior
- No spamming or flooding the chat
- Keep conversations appropriate for all ages
- No excessive caps usage
- Do not share personal information
- Respect staff decisions and instructions
- English is the primary language for public communication
Gameplay Rules
- No hacking, cheating, or modified clients
- Do not use unfair advantages or exploits
- Respect spawn and safe zones
- No griefing in protected areas
- PvP is only allowed in designated areas
- Do not evade bans or punishments
Server Security
- Do not attempt to DDoS or attack the server
- No unauthorized modifications to server files
- Respect all automated systems and protections
- Report security vulnerabilities immediately
- Do not share account information
- Use strong, unique passwords for your account

Appeal Process
Create Support Ticket
Navigate to the support channel and create a new ticket

Submit Appeal
Fill out the appeal form with all required information and evidence

Wait for Review
Staff will review your appeal and respond within 24-48 hours
Note: Appeals for hacking/cheating offenses are rarely accepted. Be honest and provide all relevant information in your appeal. All appeal decisions are final.
